JSC „Baltijos Pasvaiste“ was established in year 2002. JSC "Baltijos Pasvaiste" was one of the first companies that specialized and still specializes in sealing up of reinforced concrete and masonry cracks by injection of grout, waterproofing of concrete underground wells, hydro and thermal power plants, industrial facilities, underground parking, renovation of tube power as well as reconstruction of bridges in Lithuania.

In cooperation with MC-BAUCHEMIE (since 2002), we were able to offer special concrete admixtures and the latest technology of concrete cracks removal, waterproofing and reconstruction of various buildings for Lithuanian and Belarusian markets.

Next to innovative hydroisolation technologies “Baltijos Pasvaiste” also offers solutions for balancing the vibration and other works of modernization of railways.

Since 2003 “Baltijos Pasvaiste” started cooperating with largest construction companies in Lithuania such as JSC “Rivona”, YIT Kausta and others.

Since year 2005 company started developing business and offering not only hydroisolation but all main construction works, such as facade decoration, roofing and renovation of the roof, mounting floor covers, etc.During fast growth of Lithuanian construction sector „Baltijos Pasvaiste“ had worked On plenty of industrial buildings.

JSC „Baltijos pasvaiste“ has a certificate (No. 4407) which allows building, reconstructing, renovating (hydroisolating) and doing other construction works. While seeking to present the best quality and new technoligies, company takes care of the qualification and skills of it‘s employees by participating in most seminars, courses and presentations of innovative technologies and solutions.
